Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Sales Support team. This role is pivotal in optimizing sales processes and enhancing customer engagement through effective management of CRM tools. The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and support the sales team in building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends in pricing and customer behavior.
  • Developing and maintaining pricing book for existing and new products or services.
  • Creating pricing guidelines for sales teams.
  • Monitoring competitor pricing and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Adhere to high quality software development standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.
Skills and Experience:
  • MBA Finance with 2-3 Years experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
