Job Summary:
Join Vehere’s cutting-edge Engineering team to help build the next generation of our security product. This role offers a great learning opportunity for freshers passionate about AI/ML and cybersecurity. You’ll work on real-world problems involving network behavior, malware detection, and anomaly detection. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI/ML models that enhance our Network Detection & Response (NDR) and Network Forensics (NF) solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and assist in solution design
- Support the development of ML/AI models for anomaly and threat detection
- Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks
- Apply basic statistical techniques and help fine-tune models
- Work with data scientists and senior engineers to train and test models
- Participate in model deployment and monitoring activities
- Document your work including datasets, models, and test results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like testing, support, and product management
- Adhere to high quality software development standards.
- Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., classification, regression, clustering).
- Familiarity with Python and libraries like scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Basic understanding of Linux and scripting (Shell/Python)
- Exposure to data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn cybersecurity domain concepts
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
