Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to take ownership of our Counter-Terror product line. This role is critical to shaping the future of our national security-focused solutions, working at the intersection of advanced technology, threat intelligence, and mission-critical operations.
You will lead the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to execution and go-to-market strategy—for a sophisticated surveillance and analysis platform used by government and defense agencies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our Counter-Terror product suite.
- Engage with government stakeholders, security agencies, and internal field teams to deeply understand mission needs and operational pain points.
- Define product requirements with clear use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver solutions that enable high-value threat detection, correlation, and investigative workflows.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and operational policies relevant to national security and lawful intercept.
- Track market trends, competitive offerings, and geopolitical developments to shape long-term product direction.
- Support business development and sales efforts through product demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and strategic input.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in security, intelligence, or enterprise software domains.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking; ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive features.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with or within government, defense, or national security environments is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with surveillance platforms, NDR, lawful intercept, or OSINT systems is a bonus.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance is a plus but not required.
