Job Summary:
Looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential prospects through various sources, including online research, industry events, social media platforms, and lead generation tools.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to initiate conversations and qualify potential leads.
- Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and budgetary considerations to determine if they are a qualified lead for the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with prospects to build relationships and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share prospect insights, provide feedback on lead quality, and continuously improve the lead qualification process.
- Sales Tools and CRM Management: Utilize sales enablement tools and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and lead qualification details in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team as needed, including preparing sales materials, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the preparation of proposals
Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
Verbal Communication of additional European Language is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve individual and team targets.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads to achieve desired outcomes.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's industry, target market, and competitive landscape is a plus.
