Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate the offer process, post-offer engagement). Must be able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans.
  • Partner with teams to build effective Tech sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Possess a strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Experience in using Social Media & Job boards for hiring requirements.
  • Developing external talent pipelines for critical positions and supporting in business continuity through faster turnaround.
  • Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview panel to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contributes in the growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
  • Planning & executing campus hiring and relationship management with premier institutions.
  • Develop the most innovative post-recruitment process to significantly improve engagement and enhance employee experiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources with minimum of 6 years of experience across levels in the IT Industry.
  • Tech recruiting experience is a MUST.
  • Exposure to International hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.
  • Leverage out-of-the-box thinking & explore creative avenues to improve recruitment processes and attract most promising talent.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong personality to deal with all different kind of stakeholders.
  • Persuasion & Influencing Skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work on stiff deadlines.
  • Relentless focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
