Job Summary:
Vehere is seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role will work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, support account-based marketing initiatives, and generate qualified pipeline across enterprise and government markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong campaign execution skills with an analytical mindset and is comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve personalization, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business and revenue objectives
- Manage campaign activities across email, webinars, content syndication, digital channels, and marketing automation platforms
- Build and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and performance reporting
- Coordinate campaign assets and messaging with product marketing, sales, and external partners
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with target audience needs
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Support the development and execution of ABM programs targeting strategic accounts
- Create personalized messaging, email sequences, and content journeys for priority accounts and buying groups
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with account priorities and pipeline goals
- Track account engagement and recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
Webinar and Lead Generation Programs
- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events from promotion through post-event follow-up
- Develop audience acquisition and nurturing strategies to maximize registrations and attendance
- Coordinate speakers, promotional activities, campaign assets, and lead follow-up programs
- Measure webinar performance and contribution to pipeline generation
Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on industry, persona, and engagement data
- Maintain campaign quality, data integrity, and marketing automation best practices
- Support lead management and handoff processes between marketing and sales
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using engagement, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct testing of messaging, targeting, and campaign tactics to improve outcomes
- Prepare regular reports and insights for marketing and sales leadership.
- Adhere to high-quality work standards.
- Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience working in SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other product-based companies
- Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, webinars, and marketing automation workflows
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) and/or marketing automation platforms
- Experience using email marketing, webinar, analytics, and campaign management tools
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, lead management, and pipeline generation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize outcomes
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
