Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of our products in the market by bridging the gap between our product development teams and our customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customers and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and materials to sell our product effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of product-related content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure alignment across the board.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on product marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and other events as a product evangelist.

Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA.
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot
  • Prior experience in launching new products or features in the Cyber Security Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce].
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling positioning and marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
